HOW TO BOOK ONLINE FOR PASSHOLDERS
- Click Log In/Sign Up in the top right corner of booking engine
- If you have never booked online before, click Sign-Up
- Enter your information – Be sure to use the email address associated with your membership – Ask the golf shop if you are not sure what email you have
- If you do not know your password, use forgot password feature to reset
COURSE RULES
- NO fivesomes allowed on the course
- NO outside alcohol
- Show up 15 minutes before round
- Golfers are required to be paired up
- If reserving 3 or more groups please call the Golf Shop
- Spectators count as a golfer in a foursome
- Every person must pay a greens fee to have access to the course, including spectators and those who want to walk with a player must pay a greens fee. If the group is riding, you must pay the greens fee plus the full cart price.
GOLFERS WITH DISABILITIES
We welcome golfers with disabilities. The course will make reasonable accommodations to ensure that golfers with disabilities are able to enjoy the course. Please contact the Head Golf Professional at the course for more information.
TEE TIME POLICY
Windham Golf Course has a before 24 hour cancellation policy. Players are responsible for calling the golf shop with any changes to tee times. Players who no-show will be subject to a $25 fee for repeat offenses. All golfers must register and sign in at the golf shop before play. When reserving tee times, players are responsible for the number of guests booked. Players must book tee times under the names of the golfers who will be playing. No groups are permitted to have more than four players per tee time.
RAIN CHECK POLICY
Rain checks are only issued when the course is officially closed due to thunder and lightning. Please stop by the Golf Shop to obtain your rain check. Rain checks will not be issued if you leave the course on your own accord.
